CHOOSING THE RIGHT FIRM

LRG’s founder, Randall Harris, started the company as a necessity; unfair treatment of policyholders by insurance companies. As one of the nations leading Public Adjusting Firms, we are licensed in 30 states including Texas, Florida, Georgia, Oklahoma, Colorado, Arizona, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Indiana, Ohio, Nevada, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Kansas, Minnesota, Kentucky, North Dakota, Maine, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. With over 60 years of combined experience in the claims process, our primary objective is to get you, the Insured, paid for your loss. When you purchase an insurance policy, you are purchasing an agreement, a promise that the insurance company will pay for your loss or damage(s) in the occurrence of such an event. Unfortunately, the process is not a simple as many choose to believe.

YOUR POLICY

More often than not, the policyholder is unaware of available funds owed to them by the insurer and it is highly unlikely that the company will offer more than the bare minimum if anything at all . Many feel they are at the mercy of the insurance company's adjuster or just have to agree with or accept the company's decision. This couldn't be further from the truth. Even though it is common occurrence, there are laws and regulations set in place to protect you. However, many insurance companies violate these regulations as an accepted practice of business as they often get away with such conduct. When considering how many claims these companies process, it seems that "playing the odds" usually works in their favor.

WHO CAN HELP ME?

There are professionals that can represent a policyholder in an insurance claim, an attorney and a Public Adjuster. Often Public Adjusters work hand in hand with attorneys depending on the complexity of the claim. Even though it is illegal, insurance companies often advise the policyholder against using a Public Adjuster. Even though either can represent you in the claims process, attorneys often charge 40%. In most scenarios, LRG charges 10%. Better yet, our fee only applies if we are successful in obtaining a settlement. If you don't get paid, you owe us nothing.

WHY HIRE LRG?

There are professionals that can represent a policyholder in an insurance claim, an attorney and a Public Adjuster. Often Public Adjusters work hand in hand with attorneys depending on the complexity of the claim. Even though it is illegal, insurance companies often advise the policyholder against using a Public Adjuster. Why? A study performed by the Florida Legislature found that when a policyholder hired a Public Adjuster, the average settlement of the claim increased by 747%. When the insurance company has to pay everything owed, their profits begin to diminish. The property and casualty insurance industry generates over $1,500,000,000,000 per year. Yes 1.5 TRILLION dollars per year. Funds are generated from you, the policyholder, in the form of premiums. Yet, day after day, you hear the same catchy slogans. Insurance companies will not hesitate to spend hundreds of millions in advertising but often deny or underpay your claim.
